Our live streams should always start automatically as soon as the wedding goes LIVE, usually around 15 – 20 minutes before the scheduled start time. If it does not load automatically, just refresh the page about every 5 minutes, just in case there has been a delay.

Because of the nature of livestreaming we may not be able to inform anyone of a delay etc. and we are usually unable to provide help via our email or telephone service.

Should we have a major issue we will always try and get a message on our Facebook page and/or our Twitter accounts where this is possible.
